Join C4C in making a difference around the world!!

Dear Friends,

I am writing to you to share some exciting news for me personally, and for the Church 4 Chicks ministry. As you are probably aware, C4C began in the fall of 2008 with a desire to create a place of grace for women in the metro Atlanta area. With just a small handful of us, very little money, and only a glimpse of an idea of what God was up to, we ventured out and began meeting together on a regular basis.

In just a few short years, we’ve encountered many obstacles, and we haven’t been short on opposition either! I am thankful that we have persevered together, taking one step at a time. I encourage you to visit our website to get a little feel of C4C if you haven't yet participated in person. There really isn't anything out there quite like Church 4 Chicks! A place of grace bringing the generations together while building a bridge to a closer walk with Jesus Christ.

In recent months, especially, we have noticed that more and more folks around the country, and even around the world have taken notice. On a weekly basis, we hear from people who want to link arms with our own to create and cultivate environments of grace for women of all ages in their communities. It’s an exciting opportunity!

With this in mind, we are taking C4C on the road! As doors of opportunity open, we have been praying through which ones to walk through. Just this month, we were able to take a team to Jamaica and share about C4C as we ministered to women from all over the nation on Cruise With a Cause

Additionally, we have been invited to participate in a missions effort to Prince of Wales Island in Alaska this coming September 9-10*. After the C4C weekend with women from all over southern Alaska—women who are desperately in need of encouragement and grace—we will host an informational meeting for those who are interested in continuing to gather together through a C4C of their own!

I am writing to you to invite you to participate with us in taking the Gospel of Jesus Christ and the message of grace and new identity to women all over the world! Would you prayerfully consider how God would have you be involved? None of us can do everything, but all of can do something! This reality keeps me going and seeking ways that I can be involved in making a difference in my generation.

 *This trip to Alaska is coordinated through the Missions Department of First Baptist Woodstock, GA. The cost of travel to and from Alaska is approximately $1000.00 per person. Our lodging and food will be provided for us on the island at no cost to us.
