Summer fun!

Well, girls, we tried. The weather just didn't cooperate with us for some reason for our "Picnic in the Park." It's hard to complain, though. I've lived in GA long enough to have experienced many years of drought, so when the rain falls, I don't get too upset about it. I hate that it messed up our fun night out together, though.  I'm glad those of us who braved the storm warnings got there and got back home safely.

For our next event, we are planning an INDOOR C4C night out! Plans are being finalized now, but mark your calendars for JULY 20th! Check back regularly (and if you "follow" the blog, you'll get emails anytime we post an update) to get all the nitty-gritty details of what's coming next! August 17th will be our final Summer event before we get things started back in full swing for our fall series beginning on September 28th.

The Life and Faith Atlanta concert will be July 24, 2010 at the Atlanta Motor Speedway. When you order your tickets, you will be given the opportunity to choose a "beneficiary" who will receive $10 of every online adult ticket purchased. Church 4 Chicks is one of the beneficiaries!
